All activity that occurs within your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately.

Information provided during registration must match your official identification documents. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is approved.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Users agree to use the lembu99 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform.
• Attempting to hack, alter, or interfere with the platform's functions or servers.
• Using another user's information or impersonating another person.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lembu99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful transaction verification and are typically processed within a short timeframe.

For withdrawals, users must ensure that the name on their bank account matches the name registered on their platform account. lembu99 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take several business days.

All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to the platform account. Users are responsible for ensuring their bank account details are accurate before initiating a withdrawal. lembu99 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banks and payment processors.

The platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes or to comply with identity verification procedures.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Limitation of Liability: lembu99 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption or error. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes.

Intellectual Property: All content on the lembu99 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of lembu99. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure: lembu99 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. In the event of a suspension, any valid account balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded, subject to compliance with the verification procedure.
